I just heard that they'll be putting the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles out on DVD like in 2005-2006, so I'll be super psyched when/if that happens.
But what I've be really waiting for is A Cook's Tour. Thankfully though, Tony Bourdain is putting out a new show on the Travel Channel called No Reservations, which includes a trip to my home state of New Jersey of all places.
I don't agree with his accessment that the Sopranos are the first family of the state, but his take on the food there is really top-notch. I'll be watching, for sure.
